How long until my order ships?
All items at Fastest Alive are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Once you place your order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as it's on its way.
Delivery Estimates
United States (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping (Free): 3–8 business days after production
- Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery
International (25+ Countries)
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after production
- Delivery times vary by destination country and local postal service
- Customs clearance may add additional time — this is outside our control
Total estimated time to delivery = production time + shipping time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time. If you don't see a tracking email within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do I pay duties or customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
